Project Delivery · UK-wide
Experienced leadership for important projects and change.
Sometimes an important project needs somebody experienced to take ownership of it and get it delivered.
I work with businesses across the UK on projects, programmes and business change where senior delivery experience is needed without waiting for a permanent hire.
That might be a new transformation programme, an existing project that needs stronger leadership, a systems change or a piece of work that has started to drift.
Work can be remote, on-site or a combination of both.
From £75 an hour or £450 a day, plus VAT. Remote, on-site, or the mix that suits the programme.

Project Delivery
What I can help deliver
Most assignments start with one clear need. These are the eight I am asked for most often.
M&A operational readiness
M&A support before and after a deal
I support the operational side of transactions before and after completion, from preparing a business for diligence to reviewing a target and helping deliver the integration plan.
- 01
Sell-side readiness
6 to 24 months out
Prepare the operation for diligence by documenting the operating model, mapping key processes, reducing key-person dependency, clarifying contracts and recurring revenue, and building the operational material needed for the data room.
The aim is to give buyers a clear view of how the business operates and reduce avoidable surprises during diligence.
- 02
Buy-side diligence
before contracts
Review the target's operational maturity alongside the financial diligence, including cost, risk, people dependency, culture, systems and processes, then produce a draft hundred-day plan.
The buyer gets a clearer operational view before signing and a stronger basis for integration planning.
- 03
Post-deal integration
day one onwards
After completion, I can lead the hundred-day plan, track agreed synergies, bring operating models together, oversee systems work where required and keep the people and communication side moving.
The aim is a controlled integration with clear measures, retained capability and a clean handover to permanent leadership.
Sell-side and buy-side work is £900 a day. Post-deal integration is usually scoped over three to nine months, with retainers of £3,250, £4,950 or £6,250 a month depending on the days required. Tax, legal and broker work is handled by the relevant specialists.
